I thought about selling a bunch of shares too but the short-term gain will be a loss in profit long term IMO. That and if you sell now you're probably not going to see the share price back at .06 unless the offer falls over with no other offer BUT I doubt that will happen.
IMO this has a big chance of going through, so those that bought low and are selling now might wish they didn't.
