Market cap of only $44 million because Delphi pulls the strings. They don't want to mine, just explore. With every capital raise, they increase their ownership at increasingly bargain prices.
SBM had a crack at taking it over and turning it into something at 16c a share. Delphi made sure that didn't happen, at great cost to us shareholders.
