ADR doesn't need RSH at all. We are fully funded and the market has come our way.
Wierd that RSH has done this on an unsolicited basis, especially as 3 or 4 shareholders control 70% of our equity and have just supported our own raising.
Summary - this bid will get nowhere. If RSH get more than 1% or 2% from retail I will be very surprised. They won't even get that if, as I expect, our share price starts to move up post settlement of tranche 2 shares.
