In light of the current RSH share price the offer document isn't worth the paper it's written on.
$800k in estimated combined bid costs ! Hopefully it's heavily weighted to Respiri, but even still it's a cost and distraction we could have done without.
After their trading statement today, its blindingly obvious why they needed us.
Still, the rate their share price/market cap are declining, I just wonder whether a deal can yet be concocted that might suit us.
