s/h need to be aware that there are rules relating to coys which are subject to takeover, and subject to important meetings.
I think, during a t/o, the target coy and the bidder must announce material matters which could affect the outcome of the bid.
the announcement came from RTA because it is the listed coy. But Todd would be obliged to inform RTA/market of Offtake, because it is so material.
But imho, it is also very material to FMS s/h, because it will affect our consideration of the resolutions to be put to us at the meeting.
