LOL Surprise! Room Makeover is now available for download.
It's a match 3 gameplay. The closest game I can relate to is Candy Crush Soda Saga.
To play, you basically play a match 3 game to win 'LOL Tickets' which can then be used to draw out an LOL surprise ball which unboxes an LOL surprise item used to decorate a room.
Once room is filled with decorations it then unlocks a new room. It takes about 50levels to unlock a new room.
Match 3 gameplay is known to help kids with their recognition skills. This game feels like it's targeted at older kids (maybe ages 10+) due to the style of gameplay.
In terms of monetization, the game comes with an in-app store to purchase 'gems' which can be used to buy extra moves/boosters. You can also watch ads for extra moves etc.. Ads are non-intrusive.
Overall, it feels like 2 games merged into 1. Match 3 + Decorating. Anyone, whose played Candy Crush style games should feel at home with this game.
