CR, that does look like an interesting development that can be used depending on how the case progresses
For more urgent purposes though, the latest news seems like we will have to suffer with Gina for the next few months more
While we are all hopeful that she will be rejected, the Presidents' tirade yesterday may have tipped the scales the other way
I dont think they will allow the retroactive use of the 3-bypass rule, which means that we need more than 13 votes to reject her today..
Will see how this plays out today..
