    at the simplest level it means that we chose a thief and a liar as a joint venture partner......having said that, dealing with local mining companies in Philippines is more often than not likely to result in such an outcome.....

    does that make it any clearer?

    Put another way the joint venture partner is trying to steal the Mabilo project

    I would appreciate Happy Cats giving me the lowdown on the JV partner Galeo....what is the reputation?
