    The JV partner has caused the issues and arbitration is the only way now. I would expect him to play all sorts of games locally, but in the long run, i am not sure it will be relevant. This will go to arbitration imo even if he tries to stop it. That is my view and i believe this needs to put into reliable safe hands.
    The company will continue with its backers towards new projects while this time wasting effort continues. Bright future even with these silly delays.
