    More delays unfortunately .. this legal action may take 6 - 12 months or more unless they negotiate on an out for the JV partner. Glad legal proceedings are being held in Singapore & not Philippines .... lets hope the adjudication is recognized in the Philippines.

    The sooner they get rid of this guy better .. he has proven that he cannot be trusted yet again.

    Bad news in one respect but better to sort out now.
