Feasibility completion. In addition, both parties hold a Pre-Emptive Right over
the counterparty’s respective equity stakes. Earaheedy is shaping up as a
very exciting proposition for both parties”

Because of this agreement the first right to dispose of any stake that ZNC might hold must first be offered to RTR and the same applies the other way from RTR to ZNC as well.
