Toohug - my interest is in RBR more than TON, but I would agree that constructing and operating a producing mine in a third world country is a complex business. We are talking about a country with around 15% of the adult population HIV positive, 25% of hospital deaths from Malaria, and 50% of the population that can't read or write in any language.
The process of screening and training a workforce is no small task, especially since the government has placed considerable restraints on expats visas, 19 locals must be employed for every expat visa issued. As an RBR shareholder a new client is good news, but good for TON shareholders to know they are thinking about all others issues.
