    I'm only going by the last 5B. Projected outgoings for this quarter are about what will be received by the first 2 tranches,so only 400K left end sept.They could spend a little more than that to ensure a full 200,000 cts and with revenue a good 5 weeks from quarter end,plus any upfront auction costs not in the 5B,I don't think 400K will cut it.
    Not needing tranche 3 would be great,I just cant see it.
