As far as the inventory goes It's just a matter of managing shifts if needed, and they won't know I'f shifts are needed Yet for another few weeks.
Averages/tonne can be up or down and If a pocket is hit then 15,000 in a week could happen.
They know the ground better than any of us and I think a little trust is needed.....they will achieve 200'000 ...in fact I bet it's more...id pick 220,0000 , just a punt
