    3w Broker recommendations from 16.5 to 21.5 cents. That was based on 200,000 carats of Ruby s.
    Its oversold.
    Mus will come back up as It still has the mine and has doubled the ruby find.
    It will also start selling Rubys to clients regularly rather than twice a year .
