I think one thing you may have failed to recognize that based on the latest release the company has essentially told us they have sold approx 60,000 carats. See math below:

MUS needs to restore confidence and we can expect a strong 1st sale from Bernard at the helm. An early win gives the stock currency to continue with their exploration needs.

I suspect some of the more sophisticated investors have picked this up, while the wider mkt has not. There is tremendous value in MUS and would expect positive news flow to follow.
