I was in a conference call with a few Fura people doing work on their Queensland acquisition from Richlands (another BO co.) It came up in conversation that a few NXE people, related people, or likely ex-people had outstanding actions against them in Moz. and would probably not be able to return there. Indeed, not welcome back in Aust either with the environment breaches as well on the Richland project towards the end.
I shall have to do some more digging, but it would seem not all was squeaky clean over there. One wonders if that was causal to the delays in the NXE transactions, the subsequent erosion of price on revision, and massive SH losses. A more involved person might possibly wonder whether any such actions against individuals or parties might have been market relevant if impacting transactions.
