From all reports the gold in that area has been somewhat fragmented by extensive subsequent faulting and alteration so parcels, while high grade, are somewhat discontinuous. The high grade nature though does suggest that plenty more finds of high grade deposits are likely, and it is just a chance game of whether drilling will find one or not. So the more drilling the better chance of finding more! hopefully they find the mother lode, so we can get some value back from DEG before it goes belly up through lack of funds!
