Of course directors could do the right thing and defer receipt of their directors'fees (( or preferably cancel ))and that exploration expenditure could conceivably be reduced .
The Carmichael clients who chipped in 200m+ shares at 2.5 cents could be deserting at 0.002 (( especially if they got some of the 50m placement fee shares issued at 0.001)) so there could be some significant changes to the share register if directors are perceived to be drifting the company into obscurity .
the new brace of shareholders...long at 0.0025 , 0.002 and 0.001 ...will not allow this drift to occur I surmise.
DEG directors can also sell down the Turner River base metal tenements for cash ..especially given the good 60Km proximity to Port Hedland and the encouraging but not convincing grades from previous exploration .
I dont attribute any value to either the NZ or the beyoondie assets.
There are numerous high quality resource projects for which DEG provides a possible backdoor listing (( after a painful 1 for 10? or very painful 1 for 100 consolidation)) ..but we are a long way from that denouement I suggest.
Anyone for a fresh brace of DEG directors ?
