Sounds like a reasonable deal. Chrome get an immediate cash injection of $US14m, will pay off their $US6m outstanding loan, and receive 7.3% interest on the outstanding $US12.4m in the first 12 months, and almost 15% interest in the 2nd 12 months.
They can also sell at any time for a $US300k fee.
Wonder what Chrome will do with the extra $US8m in the short term?
