On AIM MTR had to get advance approval from the NOMAD for trading so any real time trading was a no no. SRT trading stategy allows for real time trading.

Strata's new complimentary investing strategy including RTOs, potential acquisition of complimentary businesses (natural resource brokers, fund manager businesses, credit funds) would not be possible on AIM.

Strata can now look at financial products, hedging derivatives (not possible on AIM) and an increased borrowing and leverage poilcy.

The board see MTR as a natural resource investment company as being detrimentally restricted by the rules surrounding investment co's on AIM, hence the attempt to get a Special Fund Segment status on the London main market, but this was rejected at the last hurdle.

All in all I get the reasons for the move to ASX but like you haven't seen any evidence of results as yet, but that that can and I'm sure will change in time.
