Why would they ???
The choice: Hold your CEN although IMO I can't see any upside to CEN SP if Monument deal gets up for the foreseeable future.
OR
Swap your CEN for a few RUM shares and some cash and hope the joint venture goes well and RUM shares rise .
Lets hope someone comes in and gazumps both parties .
