for now I would like to see some institution holders getting on board, such as banks or big capitals to buy rtr up with over 5%+, a t20 holding over 50% is normal imo.
what I would like to say in last post is, this is something you need to keep long, because the management did not care the short term value. And all these mean we have something more than expected underground.
