Points to an overall valuation upgrade in the portfolio going forward plus strengthens the likelihood of hitting FFO & distribution forecasts for FY22.
With all markets opening up & in particular VIC & NSW also points to a return to the pre covid discount to NTA in 2022.
Together with valuation upgrades should see VCX unit price hit $2+ in FY22 unless we see a substantial shift in interest rate policy.
