check out rhl profit announcement & guess vanishing of rhl div
i reckon that the value of eld rural business to rhl is now est. 30% less than 12 months ago & if rhl can drag out the process past 30 june - no vote of ordinary eld shareholders will be required.
rhl may be better off cherry picking parts of eld rural business rather than taking it all on - special offers to a few eld managers to bring their goodwill & customers & businesses across to rhl.
