My hopes were dashed in October 2012. Now its just a game of mild curiosity. Idont have much more to lose on this one so I will hold and see what happens.
I think that you are a little too negative about futuris, agreed their growth has been hampered by the ability to capitalise and ELD has admitted as much, yet somehow it has managed to grow in asia and win competitive contracts. The Futuris Automotive buyers will not be buying the forestry debt.
ELD Rural network and brand name should have some value and a future despite the MIS forestry business model being a complete dud and almost sinking the whole company. Now that Forestry divestment is almost complete the pain should be slightly easing on that front. Times are tough in the bush once again, cyclical business..
