3 costly failures out of 3
not game to touch eldpa
management & directors incentivised to wipe out all ord shareholders & then having done that also wipe out all pref shareholders
liquidators, official managers, directors & senior management only winners.
if rhl directors sensible - wait to speak to the eld official manager.
guess eld financial statements for 6 months to 31 mar will not publicly appear with eld suspended on asx when delays in lodgement are not permitted by the asx management interpretation of the asx listing rules.
