wookie, I agree that PA holders will not take a haircut. My rough calculations are Rural Services sale for $300m
covers bank debt and Futuris sale, $150m, covers PA debt, leaving nothing for shareholders. With Rural Services likely to sell first, shareholders will vote against selling Futuris, as only hope for them is that Futuris profits grow and pay off PA's over the next 10 years.
