    Robust economics eh? Completion late 2017. At least the application has not been rejected and this news could be considered good but not great. It appears, so far, to have hardly inspired the buy side of FMS and there was only one BUY side order on RTA @3c a few minutes ago. Given that RTA traded last @13.5c what does that imply if anything?
