Sounds about right. 35Koz/yr would be 250Kt @ 4.4g/t Au and 91% recovery, which is the the average grade of the current JORC 2012 Mineral Resource and the recovery rate used in their models. 40Koz/yr would require a feed of 5g/t Au and 45Koz would require 5.6g/t Au, etc. Another way of looking at it is +0.8Koz/yr per 0.1g/t Au increase in grade.
