For mine, looking at trading and based on known public information about the company and current zinc price, there is a holder committed somewhere else that needs the money. Could be margin call, perceived better opportunity elsewhere eg IPO, rights in another stock or personal issues etc.
Couldn't help with what I think maybe exhaustion selling and picked up a couple at 21cts.
