Minimum Book was covered prior to this being launched. I am a sophisticated and my broker is Shaw. The discount is really 22pct from 16c, then someone found out and sold it to 13c. ( not nice and not legal )

Read between the lines peoples. Have a look at the conditions of the refinancing!!!!. Deadline and conditions surrounding something in the next 7 months. Also, this is a minimum raise amount to get them to profitability and June 2024 andbe far more attractive to partners.
They also said that Chip funding may become available.
There must be something in the wind that can't be finalized over xmas and so needed a small raise to sure up the balance sheet.

My guess is they will have another record Q4 and the company can finally go out and promote the stock for liquidity. Or maybe B Riley Securities already have sharks circling in the water.
Seller be ware. Do the math.
