A good trading update apart from Australia.
However media keeps discussing the 'housing shortage' driven to some extent by slightly lower post-COVID-19 household sizes but largely by the unpopular marked rise in immigration.
The latter must surely be positive for RWC, but inevitably there'll be a lag. Rectification also depends on availability of labour and materials, and partly on consumers' ability to obtain mortgages. The latter isn't easy for many given inflation and interest rate rises.
