The market value of the plumbing solutions provider is currently about $2.4bn, with its share price at $3 after trading at more than $6 a year ago.
Investors have sold off the stock due to its exposure to the US market, which analysts believe make it unlikely to be in favour for a prospective buyer until the US housing market stages a recovery..."
