Hi Pseudo, As you say , easier said than done . i am not sure that , with the physical and regulatory obstacles , and the costs associated with those , rwd would have the resources. Without access to all the info , I couldn't be sure , but it is hard to imagine that it wouldn't be more expensive than plan a , and take longer. cheers
