Spoke to RWD again today. The liquidators aren't able to legally sell anything until MR's multi million dollar deposit is refunded. At one point I believe RWD offered to lease the plant. The door for negotiation is open but it looks like stupidity will prevail.
The indefatigable MR is still working on a bunch of things. Like everyone else, he's underwater & unhappy. He seems sincere in wanting to turn things around.
Fingers crossed.
On another note it looks as if the ERL credit raising will be oversubscribed. ERL is MR's other listed vehicle.
