Some of the supporting work has been announced before such as the back mix trial. Also the work done in Germany (see comments in PFS). At the AGM Ruane mentioned some impressive work done by a clever chap at Bechtel.
I bet Ruane has done more test work than the market appreciates and more than what the peers have done.
This move possibly explains why they didn’t jump into a DFS.
