It’s potentially big because it says potash brines including seawater. This opens up opportunities for all the large WA salt producers to start producing Potash like BCI is considering. Rio, Mitsui etc. Also consider the middle eastern producers looking at new technology. It’s easy to fixate in the inland WA projects but there are plenty of opportunities here. It’s worth remembering one of the directors was with Dampier/Rio for 25 years. Does this open any doors? All speculation. It’s worth remembering the initial intention up north was to produce potash from seawater and it wasn’t a success.
