vmc never needed RXL especially with SPX rerating 2000%, brokers would have thrown money at them to get in, god knows why the hell they done that deal, even the most amateur company can hire the right geos, go out drill, prove up the resource & then raise the capital for the plant when needed, even with the deal done drilling to date has proving plenty of upside in the area & a normal stock would rerate on that which we started to but yet here we are once again with share price deteriorating for absolutely no reason, but our jv partner staying strong, says a lot about the way things are run at vmc
