glad im not the only one thinking wtf have they done, its the most amateur deal they could make & why on such very easy terms to RXL, hopefully there is some negotiation room in the terms with RXL & management look to rectify the stuff up they made, a simple change the $3mil payable to VMC if RXL goes to 70%, change the terms to have the option for $3mil cash or $3mil in RXL shares capped at .01, makes a huge differance in the deal, id be happy with that get the upside of both VMC/RXL, wishful thinking
