What would be the payout for KDR reneging? What have MZN lost? MZN never had anything to begin with!
If KDR were ordered to pay damages, what would it amount to, the internet bill for all those emails sent or the taxi fare for a face to face meeting between the parties? The only real cost MZN will expend on this adventure are about to be paid to Bennett and Co.

Wonder how MZN would ever develop the Lithium rights if KDR don't play ball with the airport, village, water licence etc which still sits on KDR's mining lease. The drilling program that MZN are supposedly starting in December probably just got a little more expensive as well with neighborly cooperation. High probability it won't start at all given the funds now needed for litigation. Time for an updated disclosure by MZN directors on forward exploration plans for the company.
