I think an important marker will be set this coming week with Ramelius due to release the results of its feasibility study into what it now calls its Penny Project. In their Diggers and Dealers presentation Ramelius reported that the metallurgical test work & hydrology investigations are complete and that the airstrip, haul road and camp planning is in progress.

On the Rox threads I questioned one poster's suggestion that the Youanmi region is close to turning into a tier 1 gold project. If Ramelius confirms that it will develop the Penny project as a satellite mine then that to me would suggest they have a more limited view of the area's potential. But whatever the findings of the feasibility study are I am sure the likes of Venus and Rox will be paying close attention.

PS Does anyone else get greeted by Samantha pretty much every time they go to post? One day I might have to put the earplugs in and have a listen.
