Totally agree GoldBugBob based on Monday closing price of 0.29 for VMC giving it a MC of 43.8M for its 30%
0.084 for RXL giving it a MC of 167.1M for its 70%
from my fair comparison VMC should have a MC of 71.61M
which equates to $0.48/share.
WAY UNDERVALUED IMHO
