None of this matters. Alex is the manager in the JV and both companies will get the upside from his management. If the story unfolds as planned and Youanmi end up being a 1moz+ high grade deposit (not including the existing resource), there are very low chances for VMC's management to still be at the helm in 2 years time. This is going to be merged or swallowed by one of the gold giants printing money at current gold prices and sitting on giant cash reserves.
The nickel at RXL isn't worth that much at current NI prices and resource, my estimate is 10-12m$ although the fundamentals could change pretty quick.
