The way I read it next week's CR is already spoken for and going to the people involved with the value adding plan mentioned on page 10 .
We'll have to wait for shareholder approval to get in at a later date yet to be advised with record date being tomorrow.
It has been a long wait to get to this stage but at least they seem to now have some sort of plan and with the reduction in size would not be surprised to see the plant start taking shape early next year then start producing by end of next year.
