I agree, I don't think we'll get the PEPR approval before the capital raising is complete. I wouldn't be surprised if the Department has been in contact with RXM management for clarification on various matters, and possibly signaled the need for the submission of extra information/procedures or modification to the PEPR, which is why we needed the capital raising to help fund the amendments...who knows? But I believe the PEPR will be approved eventually and if the price jolt at the submission time is any indication, we should see some action on the share price once it is approved.
