Interesting that under the risks section they do not mention PEPR approval, I take this as "It will certainly be approved"

Environmental risks
The operations and proposed activities of the Company are subject to Australian laws and regulations concerning the environment. As with most exploration and development projects, the Company’s activities are expected to have an impact on the environment, particularly if advanced exploration or mine development proceeds.
