    We could have a reason for price weakness.

    SMX is in a trading halt today pending an announcement regarding a possible change of control from a third party. Is RXP involved? There is a connection. One of the founders and former CEO of SMX, Lloyd Roberts, was Chairman of RXP when listing.

    Is a share issue imminent for RXP?
