At any price point any muppet will say another 20% down. Same muppet will say 2-3 X in few months. Stocks rarely stay static.
Both are distinct possibilities. As good as a dead clock being right twice a day. With that they consider themselves as smarties.
To keep trading at these junctures is best. Hold some, sell as they get to the high side or higher than your average. Buy back when they swing down. Keep lowering your average. Keep repeating this. You have a better chance to survive and win.
Long, short your own stock. Go long again and watch. Never hold the whole lot assuming you caught THE bottom.
