UBS are notorious shorters, they got sub holder notice in many stocks, increase holding only to short further. They've had sub holding notice in appen before too, nothing happened. I think if there's a t/o, spheria would know, yet they are selling. MUFG had a sub holder at $0.6, no t/o came.
Appen has JPM, Citi, sub holding all the time. These IBs are shorters. Credit Suisse is another one. IB traders are the first to know everything.
I hope there is a t/o coming, end this death spiral.
